"As a local school student, studying abroad sounded like a “mission impossible” to me, not to mention studying at Oxbridge. That is why I am more than grateful for the help offered by AAHK. With the one-on-one support of current Oxbridge students, I tailored my personal statement to meet their “unspoken” criteria, and even did mock interviews so as to familiarise myself with the actual interview setting. The interviews were intellectually stimulating, and were highly similar to my actual interview experience! From the admission test and interview to actual mentorship, I really treasured each learning opportunity designed delicately by AAHK!"

"Before joining the AAHK mentorship programme, to me, going to Cambridge is a dream too wild to come true. My background from a local secondary school that has little Oxbridge application experience has made it especially challenging for me to apply on my own. Luckily enough, I learned about AAHK via a friend during the last round of mentorship application. I was paired up with wonderful mentors who gave me extremely helpful advice and tips on my personal statement, admission test, interview and scholarship application. They also organised a number of mock interviews which not only helped me academically but also boosted my confidence during the interview. Sometimes it’s quite hard to believe that such a programme is completely free of charge and the mentors are volunteering, expecting nothing in return.  "
